Privacy policy
This is a translation for convenience. If the versions differ, the Ukrainian version prevails.
1. Who processes your data
Private production and commercial enterprise «Kopitekh» (PVKP «Kopitekh», trading as Copytech), EDRPOU code 31684579, address: 75/2 Sobornosti St, apt. 38, Poltava, 36014, Ukraine. Questions about personal data: slktex16@gmail.com.
2. What we receive
When you send a request on the site:
- the contact person’s name or position, company name;
- phone number and/or email;
- request type and description of the problem;
- technical data: page language, traffic source (UTM tags, Google Ads click ID), IP address for spam protection.
When you just browse the site, Google Analytics collects anonymised visit statistics using cookies, but only with your consent (section 6).
3. Why
- to answer your request, arrange an engineer visit and prepare an offer;
- to protect the form from spam and abuse;
- to understand where clients come from and improve the site.
Legal bases (Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection», Art. 11): your consent, given by ticking the box in the request form, and concluding and performing a contract for the repair, refill or other service you ask us for. Analytics cookies only with separate consent in the banner.
4. Where data is stored and who sees it

These services store data on servers, including outside Ukraine (in the EU and the USA). By giving consent, you agree to this cross-border transfer. No one else receives your data, except where required by law. We do not sell your data or use it for newsletters or advertising.
5. How long we keep it
The backup copy of a request on the site’s server is deleted automatically after 90 days. Requests and correspondence in the company mailbox are kept for 3 years from your last contact and then deleted. Accounting documents are kept for as long as the law requires.
6. Cookies
The site uses Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) for statistics. They are only switched on after you click «Allow» in the banner at the bottom of the page. You can change your choice at any time via «Cookie settings» in the site footer. The site works without these cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical browser data solely to check that the form is sent by a person.
7. How we protect your data
The site works only over a secure connection (HTTPS). Requests are accessible only to the staff who handle them and to the site developer. Service accounts are protected with two-factor authentication.
8. Your rights
You can find out what data we hold about you, correct or delete it, withdraw your consent (this does not affect processing before withdrawal), and complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. To do so, email slktex16@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the current version is shown at the top of the page.
